Ooi Wai Wai 

Chief Executive Officer 

Wai Wai graduated from University of Malaya, holding Bachelor of Degree in Accountancy. She is the member of Associated of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and member of Malaysia Institute  of Accountants (MIA).

She has over 7 years experiences in secretarial matters and acquired necessary expertise and experiences in assurance field and qualify to provide consultancy advices to clients.  Apart from secretarial field, Wai Wai has involved herself in audit where she poses more than 10 years experiences in related field.


Wai Wai play a key role in Strategic Team of Kalyx Consultants which contributing her creative and innovation ideas in setting the direction of company and deploying major strategies which lead to the success of the company.


Since year 2013, Wai Wai conducted more than 80 various sizes of internal training and public seminars, focus on Secretarial, Taxation, GST, Budget, Businesses and etc.

Shovyn Ang 

Chief Financial Officer

Shovyn joined Kalyx Consultants in 2010. She graduated from Northern University of Malaysia, Bachelor of Business Administration.

She has over 10 years experience in accounting, taxation and financial adviser covering various industries including manufacturing, trading, construction, property developer, logistics, agency and non-profit organization in Malaysia.


She has handled more than 150 tax advisory and compliance cases for SME companies, for eg. Tax audit on personal, partnership, desk audit, company tax audit and Potongan Cukai Bulanan (PCB) audit.

Hadden Lim 

Chief Operating Officer 

Hadden graduated from Institute of Financial Accountants, holding IFA qualification for SME Finance and Business Managers.

 

He has over 6 years experience in accounting, taxation and GST field covering various industries including manufacturing, trading, construction, property developer, logistics, agency and non-profit organization in Malaysia.

Apart from Accounting, he has involved in taxation field by leading Personal Tax Department which handled more than 300 portfolios to provide advisory and consultancy services to clients and ensure the clients are benefited from tax advantages and exemptions.

Vivian Loo

Branch Manager

Vivian is an Accountant, graduated from Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology (NMIT), New Zealand, with a Bachelor of Commerce, major in Accounting.


She has over 19 years experience in auditing, accounting, taxation and GST field covering various industries including manufacturing, trading, construction, property developer, logistics, agency and non-profit organization in Malaysia.
 

Apart from Accounting, she has involved in taxation field and handled more than 500 portfolios to provide advisory and consultancy services to both corporate and individual clients and ensure the clients are benefited from tax advantages and exemptions.


Vivian play a key role in Strategic Team of Kalyx Consultants where she contributes her ideas in setting the direction of company and lead to the success of company.


Since year 2010, Vivian conducted more than 40 various size of internal training and public seminar, focus on Accounting, Taxation, GST, SST and etc.

Colby Beh 

Advisory Department Head

Colby graduated from Institute of Financial Accountants, United Kingdom, holding IFA Level 5 Diploma for SME Finance and Business Managers (QCF). She is currently further her studies in Associated of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

 

She started her career with Kalyx Consultants. Colby has over 6 years working experience and she has been exposed to various working experience in different industries which including Trading, Manufacturing, Construction, Educational, Joint Management Body (JMB) and Special Audit.

 

Apart from audit, she has involved in other areas of Accounting, Company Secretarial and Taxation Compliance in order to explain complicated legislation and its implications to the client in simple terms.

Mandy Wong

MSC Department Head

Mandy joined Kalyx Consultants in Year 2008. She graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College Penang, Diploma of Business Study - Accounting.


She has over 6 years experiences in accounting matters and over 5 years experiences in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) matters and acquired necessary knowledge and experiences in assurance field and qualify to provide consultancy advices to clients. Apart from  CRM field, Mandy has involved herself in tutoring accounting course where she possess more than 6 years experiences in accounting field.
 

Mandy play a key role in Strategic Team of Kalyx Consultants which contributing her strength in collaboration, diplomacy, with positivity in driving the direction of company and deploying major strategies which lead to the success of the company. Apart from this, Mandy practising humility and empathy in leading the team to work the plan from company. 


Since year 2016, Mandy had successfully brought in more than 320 new clients based on the informative advices provided.

Johnlus Tan 

TM Department Head 

John is the HR & Academy Supervisor of Kalyx Consultants. He is a successful professional with a wealth of talent management skills gained in the finance sector. He also possesses a commitment to ensure our compensation and performance management processes are designed and executed to align and maximize our people’s performance with the goals of the organization.

 

He has an enjoyable period of work experience at Kalyx Consultants until today, demonstrating a natural aptitude for interacting with employee to maintain a positive and values-based work environment.

 

Currently, he is undertaking additional training in academy in Intensive Practical Accounting Course under Accountdemy Education Center, in order to access a career in the education industry, which will provide career opportunities for further development and progression for communities.

Stephy Long

Tax Department Head 

Stephy has served as Tax Supervisor of Kalyx Tax Services Sdn Bhd since year 2014. Over 5 years account and tax working experience she has served more than 300 companies in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, retail, construction, services and investment holding.

 

She focus on business prospect by managing tax compliance and work closely with tax authorities to facilitate taxpayer on handling tax matters. By applying her comprehensive experience in assisting client in all elements of the financial plan work together in the most tax-efficient manner possible.

 

Since year 2014, Stephy actively involved in Tax Audit to ascertaining potential tax issues and engaged with tax authorities to lower tax liabilities.

Kellie Ng

Secretarial Department Head 

Kellie Ng graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC), holding Honours Bachelor of Corporate Administration. She is having further studying to Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries Malaysia (MAICSA) for her secretarial qualification.

 

She has served in Kalyx Consultants for over 3 years experiences in giving professional business advice for more than 300 over clients, such startups a company, business planning, direction, share allocation among members and other related secretarial matters.

 

Other than knowledgeable technical skills she also an outspoken person with great communication and leadership skills in leading Secretarial Department. She greatly care on

Team Spirit as well! As a word said “Teamwork makes the dream work”.

 

Last but not least, she instills with a strong principle which is “to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better”, that’s Kellie Ng!

Edmund Lim

Audit Department Head 

Edmund graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC), Diploma in Business Studies - Accounting. He is currently further studies in Associated of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holding Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA.

He has joined Kalyx Consultants since Year 2018. He has over 4 years working experience in auditing and he has been exposed his working experience in different industries such as Agriculture, Aquaculture, Manufacturing, Logistics, Trading, Construction and Property Developer. 

Apart from audit field, he has involved in other areas of Accounting field, such as, Accounting, Secretarial, Tax and GST in order to provide advice on clients’ business operations and business regulatory compliance.

Sean Lim

Accounting Department Head 

Sean graduated from IPK College, holding LCCI Diploma Level 3 in Accounting. He is also the LCCI World's Gold Medal holder in year 2013. 

He is the Accounting and Tax Assistant Manager of Kalyx Consultants and has over 6 years experience in accounting, taxation, GST and SST field covering various industries including manufacturing, trading, construction, property developer, logistics, agency and non-profit organization in Malaysia.

Apart from Accounting, he has involve in business operation advise field, to provide proper guidance and advise on business operation, cash flow, ratio and payroll matters which supporting client's company to further high.
